loc_t: add 'gfid' and 'pargfid' fields
these fields are used mainly in case of selfheal path, where
'inode->gfid'||'parent->gfid' is not yet set.
These fields in 'loc' will have lower precedence than 'inode->gfid'
in client protocol.
