Use more portable mkstemp() instead fo mkostemp()
mkostemp() with O_CREAT|O_EXCL|O_RDWR|O_TRUNC|O_APPEND is mkstemp()
and mkstemp() is available on more systems than mkostemp()
NULL-commit to cause jankins ro rebuild
