tests: Fix spurious failures

- Use REBALANCE_TIMEOUT in EXPECT_WITHIN
- Use fdatasync to prevent write - behind from giving success
- Add logfile to glupy
- Check aux umount is unmounted for quota tests
- Disable flush behind so that file will be closed
