posix: Fix coverity issues in several posix functions
Fixes issues 528, 763, 778, 792, 793, 86, 28, 29, 30, 39, 42, 769, 783,
794, 795 from the report at [1].

Note: Apart from coverity resolve other issues
in posix_get(f)xattr more cleaner way.
