build: MacOSX Porting fixes
git@forge.gluster.org:~schafdog/glusterfs-core/osx-glusterfs
Working functionality on MacOSX
- GlusterD (management daemon)
- GlusterCLI (management cli)
- GlusterFS FUSE (using OSXFUSE)
- GlusterNFS (without NLM - issues with rpc.statd)
