# Release notes for Gluster 3.8.15 This is a bugfix release. GlusterFS 3.12 is planned to be released at the end of August 2017 and will be the next Long-Term-Support version. It is highly recommended to upgrade any Gluster 3.8 environment to either the 3.10 or 3.12 release.
