Fix python files in the 'examples' directory

Fix consists of following things:
- Add py2/3 compatibility
- Place imports into 3 different groups and reorder them alphabetically.
  As it is written in the "pep8" [1].

Adding sample gdeploy config file in examples and editing Readme.md

It would be better if we provide a sample configuration file for
gdeploy in glusto tests and also adding a few points in the
Readme.md file on how to run gdeploy.
