Added few more tag into raid disk details, Wrapped disk details for raid partitions
Added format status, disk type, file system type, mount point, space in use and interface tags for raid disks.
Updated disk type to return DATA/BOOT/SWAP/UNKNOWN
Updated disk status to return INITIALIZED/UNINITIALIZED/INITIALIZING/IO_ERROR
Removed interface tag for partition
Fixed few bugs in get_format_device_status.py, gluster_provision_block_wrapper.py
