Update spec file
Adds python-glusterfs-api.spec to MANIFEST.in to include it when the
source tarball is generated using `python setup.py sdist`
Steps to build RPMs:
$ python setup.py sdist
$ rpmbuild -ta dist/gfapi-1.1.tar.gz
